About Kind Spirit Horses

Kind Spirit Horses is a quiet space where people can reconnect with themselves through the presence of horses and nature. Here, experiences are guided by the belief that horses offer a unique opportunity for re-learning, reflection, and authentic connection.

Whether through wellness sessions, or seasonal retreats, time with the horses invites participants to slow down, become more aware of themselves, and experience the calming rhythm of the herd. The Kind Spirit Horses help humans re-reconnect with their heart and feel an overall sense of well-being.

At Kind Spirit Horses, the horses are respected as sovereign beings and always have the choice to engage or step away. This approach encourages patience, awareness, and genuine connection while honoring the wellbeing of the horses.

About Eve

I have spent many years learning alongside horses and continue to be inspired by the wisdom they naturally bring. My Horses have been some of my greatest teachers, helping me understand presence, awareness, and the importance of slowing down.

Through Kind Spirit Horses, I enjoy sharing opportunities for others to experience the calm, grounding presence of horses in a supportive and welcoming environment.

My intention is to create simple, meaningful experiences where both people and horses can interact with respect, consent, and care.

I bring over 20 years of experience as a wellness practitioner, along with a lifetime lived in relationship with horses.

I am Certified in FEEL® (Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning) from Horse Spirit Connection, and my background includes formal & professional training in kinesiology, structural integration, massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, holistic nutrition, life coaching, restorative yoga, pilates, reiki, relational somatic therapy, family constellations, and multiple other body-based and energy-informed modalities.

Over the years, these studies have deepened my understanding of the nervous system, embodied awareness, and the subtle ways the body communicates.

While credentials matter, what guides my work most is integration — the lived experience of applying this knowledge with care, integrity, and respect for each individual’s pace.

The horses remain my greatest teachers.

I look forward to meeting you,

Eve
