How does a session with Eve and the horses work?
My horses have chosen and been trained to offer this work. They have full sovereignty in this work and always have a choice to participate or not. This make the work I offer 100% Relational and Authentic.
During a session, the Kind Spirit herd of 5 horses and myself help you explore the patterns within your nervous system, how you show up energetically, emotion awareness, ancestral wounding, trauma, and subconscious dynamics that may be influencing your current reality. The horses and I assist in clearing and transmuting energies and blockage that do not serve by bringing awareness, clarity, balance, alignment and transformation on many levels.
Do I need experience with horses?
No experience is needed. There is no riding involve. All interactions are done with safety and respect for the horses and humans involved.
What happens if I am running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Eve directly on her phone.
What if I have a fear of horses?
Fear is a natural response. I have experience around holding space for people who may feel uncertain around horses. The work can still be beneficial without direct contact. I offer online sessions that are as powerful as in person. I will make sure that each client is supported in their own pace.
How many sessions do I need?
Each session is deeply transformational, and while some clients experience profound shifts just in one session, others benefit from ongoing work. Healing is a journey, and I encourage clients to listen to their intuition in deciding how often they feel called to return.
What happens after a session?
After a session it is essential to leave space for integration. Clients may feel deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, or even experience dreams or insights following their appointment with us (the herd and I). The work continues after the session ends and many clients notice a shift in their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences for days, weeks or even months afterwards.
My Recommendations:
Spending time in nature or in quiet reflection
Epsom salt baths or swimming in the ocean or a lake
Drinking plenty of water to support energy flow
Journaling any insight or emotions that surfaces
Allowing the healing to unfold naturally without analyzing
