Hi, I’m Eve.

From a young age, I felt a deep sensitivity to the world around me.

I noticed what wasn’t being said.
I felt what others were carrying.
I sensed when something was out of rhythm.

For a long time, I didn’t fully understand that sensitivity. I questioned it. I tried to be less affected, less aware, less “too much.”

But the horses never asked me to be less.

In their presence, I didn’t need to perform strength or prove worth. They responded to what was real — not what was polished. They reflected where I was braced, and they softened when I softened. They showed me that regulation is not weakness. Sensitivity is not fragility. And steadiness does not need to be loud.

Over time, I began to trust that the very qualities I once tried to manage were the qualities that made me capable of holding others.

I did not set out to build a business.

I followed what felt true.

The horses were my teachers first.

They grounded me in my body. They helped me reclaim my voice — not a louder one, but a clearer one. They reminded me that leadership can be quiet, that power can be gentle, and that transformation does not require force.

Kind Spirit Horses was born from that remembering.

My work is not about pushing women into becoming something greater. It is about creating the conditions where they can return to who they already are.

I believe the nervous system is wise.
I believe the body keeps the score — and also keeps the way home.

I believe that when a woman feels safe enough, what has been holding on can finally let go.

The herd continues to guide me.

They are not tools.
They are sovereign partners.
They are honest, attuned, and deeply relational beings who meet each person exactly where they are.

It is an honor to tend this field.

If you are here because something in you feels tired of striving —

or because your body is asking for something steadier —

you are not behind.

You are listening.

And you are welcome here.

Where The Herd & I Hold Space

Kind Spirit Horses is rooted on a 60-acre private ranch in Squamish Valley, British Columbia.

Here, the land stretches wide. The air feels clean. The mountains hold their shape without needing to prove anything.

I share this space with my small herd of rescue horses — each one known, each one respected, many of whom have come to be here with me after needing a different kind of beginning.

This is not a retreat center, this is a real life working ranch.

The paddocks, the trees, the rhythm of the seasons — they shape the work just as much as I do. There is space here to exhale. Space to notice. Space to be without performing or producing.

Every experience here is relational. Nothing is scripted. We move at the pace of the nervous system — yours and the horses’.

The women who find their way here are not looking to become more impressive.

They are looking to feel more like themselves.

The Path That Brought Me Here

Living this work did not happen all at once.

It came through listening.
Through uncertainty.
Through choosing steadiness over speed.

There were seasons of questioning. Seasons of doubt. Seasons of learning to trust what felt true even when it didn’t look conventional.

I know what it takes to follow something deeper than logic. I know the courage it requires to build a life around what your body knows is right.

And I continue to walk that path.

I do not mentor from a pedestal.

I guide from lived experience — from the ongoing practice of returning to alignment, refining my voice, and honoring the responsibility of holding space for others.

This work is not about arrival.

It is about integrity.

It is about tending the field — again and again — so that what is authentic can emerge without force.

If this land, this herd, this pace feels right to you,
you are welcome here.

Training & Professional Background

For those who are curious about the foundation beneath this work —

I bring over 20 years of experience as a holistic wellness practitioner, along with a lifetime lived in relationship with horses.

I am a Certified FEEL® Practitioner (Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning) from Horse Spirit Connection, and my background includes professional training in kinesiology, structural integration, massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, holistic nutrition, restorative yoga, pilates, reiki, relational somatic therapy, and multiple other body-based and energy-informed modalities.

Over the years, these studies have deepened my understanding of the nervous system, embodied awareness, and the subtle ways the body communicates.

While credentials matter, what guides my work most is integration — the lived experience of applying this knowledge with care, integrity, and respect for each individual’s pace.

The horses remain my greatest teachers.
