In these private, non-riding sessions, I combine my 20-year background in somatic movement, yoga, FEEL and holistic nutrition with the grounding presence of my gentle herd. Horses possess naturally calm, regulated nervous systems. By partnering with them on the ground, your body is physically guided out of "fight-or-flight" survival mode and back into a state of deep, restorative rest.
This isn't about complex horse training or abstract theories; it is a practical, nature-based circuit breaker for your stress.

.At Kind Spirit Horses everyone has a choice to engage or not. Nothing is forced. As part of your session you will learn about safety around horses and learn about the horses non verbal communication. No experience necessary.
Session Formats & Rates
To ensure your somatic reset fits your schedule and level of burnout, I offer both targeted single sessions and consistent integration packages.
The Single Somatic Reset
Rate: $165 + GST
Duration: 60 minutes
Best for: A much-needed nervous system circuit breaker, initial introduction to the herd, or a monthly maintenance check-in to clear chronic stress.
The 4-Session Resilience Package
Rate: $620 + GST (Save $40)
Format: Four weekly or bi-weekly 60-minute private sessions.
Best for: Individuals navigating deep burnout, major life transitions, or chronic stress. Consistency allows your body to deeply learn and retain the somatic grounding tools we practice with the horses.
