Payment & Policies

Payment:
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Payment options include cash, e-transfer, or credit card.

Cancellation:
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.

Being prepared:
Sessions are held outdoors seasonally and run rain or shine. Please wear closed toed shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. This is a scent and substance free environment.

We operate on horse time. While sessions are scheduled for a set duration, they may occasionally run slightly longer if the process feels incomplete. There is no additional charge — we allow the experience to unfold naturally.
